Baby darling
We’re going outside
Baby darling
We’re going outside
I hope you always see life as a glass half full
To live with curiosity and stay playful
lying on the warm grass – watching the clouds in the sky
sometimes dogs, sometimes cats, sometimes dragons…. fly by
Baby darling
We’re going outside
Baby darling
We’re going outside
Can you hear the rain falling down?
Pitter patter rain – falling down
I hope that you will be, strong independent and kind
To keep dancing without fear, come rain or come shine
We watch for the flowers, all the colours, red – yellow – blue
Upwards and upwards, growing and changing like you
Baby darling
We’re going outside
Baby darling
We’re going outside
Can you feel the sun on your face?
The outside world is such a beautiful place
The orange of the first light brings warmth to my face
spreads through my body and transports me to a far away place
And this feeling of calm reminds me to just breathe in
The world starts to move and I’m excited for our day to begin
Baby darling
We’re going outside
Baby darling
We’re going outside
